listen nubbie I and my whole team and including team fuel all know that socks give you the best traction I was at the tournement I seen numorous teams wearing socks it helps alot ask the owner he even agrees and Im also a front player and my team counts on me to get to that snake off the break as fast as I can with out getting hit. I wouldnt tell someone to do something unless I have tried it my self. The fact is no matter what you wear on that astroturf your gonna slip once or twice but the fact is, is that socks give the best traction after awhile they might get kinda soggy and your gonna have to change them but thats about it. I think you need to shut your mouth and try it for your self and stop critisizing what I say cause thats what true paintballers do is give there opinions and tips and not be jumped on by some nubbie.

Negative. On cockers you should unscrew the reg and put the oil in the reg (HPR that is). If you put it in the duckbill you will run it through the reg, and too much oil to the reg will kill it.

Depending on your setup, they shoot similar, the freestyle is shorter and lighter. The b2k5 however will only be a little bigger and only 1 oz heavier....that's pretty dang small. ICD is a great company....

Thanks, Shadow. While I am the elder statesman in this thread (by far I migth add) I am a bit childish at times, but there is no need for the hate. If you don't like it, unsubscribe and go to another thread, or shut your pie hole. Now with that said, yes, I own a freestyle, and I LOVE it. Unbelieveable gun. I had a couple guys shoot it at GDXS the other day, one was ready to put down his upped trix and buy a freestyle. The freestyle is lighter, faster and smaller than a matrix, with ZERO recoil. Stock barrel was pretty darm accurate too. I think the problem trevor had with it was I had it set for an LP tank, then we swapped it out for his HP tank and didn't reset the regs. Oh, and Spyder Freek, you know me, it's Fattyboomba from AIM.

Gah anyways. The thing about freestyles is make sure you like how they feel before you buy one. I have pretty big hands, and I hate them because they're so damn small, and the trigger frame is very far back on the gun. For some reason, ICD guns and I just don't get along. If you do get a freestyle, be sure to break it in before you go to play with it.

It is all about individual feel, but being 6'4 and 400 lbs with huge hands, I kind of like the smaller gun, makes it easier for me to move, and it's not like having to shoot a dang rifle.

the freestyle is a great gun, and if you think the stock barrel isnt to bad pick up a cp 2 piece for it www.shootpaint.com has great prices on ICD stuff. So does www.tantrumpaintball.com (i think thats the link)

You should think about a NOX board for the Freestyle if you havent allready. http://www.knutec.com/ the reprogram is alot cheaper and works pretty good too.

I thought the same way you did about ramping but like wat bp said you do what it takes to win and when you are in a middle of a game and you cant stick your head out due to the other team using ramping boards you will understand that ramping is just another way this sport is evolving I dont realy call it cheating.

im_addicted you say you have a '04 WGP Trilogy Competition Cocker then you can get an electronic grip for it they alredy make it for them. WGP makes the war blade and eclipse makes the e-blade the should be both compadible with your cocker.

No youngen....No....they have the trillogy integrated 3 way. there is no way to mount the noid w/out tape. Worr is making a trillogy compatible eframe...im sure it will bew lacking in performance. What we need is an adaptor. you can have one custom made, but thats sometimes a pain.



The trigger frame itself will bolt right on no problems, its the noid which is the pain.

Not to be a dick towards you spider freak but you realy have no business to say what fuel is and isnt. 1 you arent even on a team to tell that fuel is ok 2 the level fuel is at is what there experinace is at and they are good at their level of play. I do agree they are owning alot of the rookie and I think they should step it up to the novice at least. I know they wont win in novice but man would they get better. Considering the fact of how new fuel is to the tournement level they are doing good and they should be bragging about the level of play they are at. I mean you are rite they arent the best team but I honestly think just cause you just hopped on board with a new team and scrimiged them a few times doesnt mean you can say much about team fuel.

It's true my team (Aces High) isn't awsome, but we try. We are really starting to play and practice much better. Along with possible team mate changes and pactice we will sooner or later be a good team. We got dome skill already, and most ahve us have upgraded to a better gun.

Nice language....its awsome how people can feel all big by cussing their way out of a problem. Im sorry if i came off as saying you guys sucked, because you dont. I personaly think its awsome you guys are able to play well and win games. Its just that i dont like cocky people.....but hey how many of us here are cocky? 99% no doubt.

Yes the several games i played while your team was on the field were rec, and were your team practice, but even so the rec players (1 tourney) that faced your team still beat you in several of the rounds. knowing it was your practice i wana give you some advice(not being a jerk just honest advice) Play your hardest even when the game doesnt matter....how do you get better if you dont try? i think feul is up and comming, and with some practice i think they could and will be an awsome 1337 team.
Now on to excusses-
I started that round with 1/2 a hopper full of paint, and no pods. Dont tell me you ran out of paint. When i bunkered him and took the other one out he was reloaing....so he had paint but it was a good move on my part? idk....this is only my side of the story and whats it matter if i beat them in a couple games...they got me too.

I know im not as good as your team....i dont play at that level and if you thought i implyed that i was bragging saying i was better or something, i wasnt. Im sorry if there was any mis communication there. At most all i was trying was some constructive critisism. Allthough it does agravate me how some people are uber cocky and arnt all to great (not fuel, just in general).

And the team im on Matrixe, they were in the last gdxs touney, they came in after feul i beleive, but how matches between the two teams went im not sure....maybe some of you fuel guys will remeber. so it isnt a new team...im just new to it.

As to aces High- Ive never played you and i wont decide my opinion on you until then.
