I wonder if Tri Flow, the stuff I used when a bike mechanic, works OK on guns? It leaves a coating of teflon, and I thought it was great. Suggestions? Will contact manufacturer to see what they say.;)

i would just use p-ball gun oil; bike oil may eat the o-rings :D

Yeah, try buying a bottle of Gold cup, your local field should have some. It's what I use. Anything petroleum based will break down the o-rings. This includes most bike oils......

Gold cup baby! it's inexpensive, and can be found at any paintball store. just buy some and use that instead of looking for something else.

Tippman's response was: "Yes, but still use regular oil on the o rings. I would use Tri
Flow (good stuff by the way) on the inside of the receiver where the rear
bolt and front bolt slide."
I cleaned my pro carbine for the first time this am and the inside looked like it had been assembled by a neanderthal. It was dirty with plastic part shavings, scratches, etc. Just gross. I don't know how it was working!
