Well, now that I got my F4, I'd like very much to hear your suggestions for my first upgrade. And please suggest something that doesn't cost a fortune, I kinda' don't have a job (I'm only 14), and I only have at most $50 at my dissposal (it's whatever I can borrow from my parents).

You sure I can get a revy for $50 or under? I don't believe I saw one at my local shop, and that would cost extra to order one.
Maybe something with a lower price, how about a Black Magic cup seal? Are those any good?

it would be worth it to get a 12 just save up some money or something but get a 12

Wow that was fast, sorry I was browzing another forum, but anyway, back to the subject. Right now I'm not shooting teribally fast, so until I get a new trigger frame a revy's not too much of an issue. I was thinkin' something to increase my markers efficinacy.
And it can't be something that costs a fortune, at least not until I can get a job.

well then you might want to get a regulator or a new barrel

Thanx dude. But don't barrels with pro-lite threading have a little flange that the bolt on a Tippmann goes through? Does that affect the number of barrel breaks or does it do nothing to affect the marker?

YOu might want to check out www.paintballdiscounters.com they have an ACI Zero-Gravity for about 15 bucks. Theyre on closeout right now so thers probably not a lot left. Nevermind there now at 40.00, still not a bad buy.

I have an F4 Illustrator too. The first thing you should get if you dont already have one is get a 4 Stage Sub Zero Expansion Chamber. Then save up your money and get a High Volume Cell. Then get a Zero Gravity Barrel.

you dont NEED a high volium cell. you might want a venturi bolt because it will help accuracy and distance

Hi,
Just an opinion form a person that owns a Sporting Goods store in Buffalo, NY. From a person that has used and owned pretty much every gun out there and used most of the "good" barrels and acc. out there.
Barrels and air systems make the MOST performance change. Everything else, makes a very slight difference. test stuff for yourself.
J&J Ceramic barrels work great
Look for used barrels, Dye SS goes for about $50
Look for Stainless Steel - more self cleaning than alum. Smoother.
Hope this helps,
Pat
