i have moving banner, and i want to use a piece of it for my avater. Do u know how to do this, cut the banner and make it a mpoving avatar?

moving avatars are animated gifs. im not sure how you would crop it but im guessing it would be too much work

If you just cut it it wouldnt work, it has to be a gif or jpeg format, animated gifs are almost like "chating" the system
