View Full Version : Help with cyclone!
Im having a problem with my cyclone feed into my gun. I know the cyclone stops feeding when low on air. With full tank, sometimes cyclone doesnt spin. the air connection is intact. any suggestions?
thanks.

hmmm maybe your starving your gun, when i first got my plamers stab i had to keep tweaking it up because the cyclone wouldnt spin during high ROF. also if you have recently taken the cyclone feed off make sure its screwed back in all the way... thats all i can think of for now
good luck
hmm...i tightened the top screw actually in the cyclone and it seemed to work so maybe the two pieces (the top and bottom star)were loose. Can u give me an appraisal on my gun if you dont mind. in sig.
Taken apart and cleaned after almost every game. Great condition

it might be the feed rachet starting to go. close to 400 with all the stuff in ur sig. if u want i can take the barrel off ur hands for 25 bucks.

ya, the thing inside the cyclone, under wat u see looking in fron the top. just call tippmann and tell them urs broke, they'll send u a new one. b/c sooner or later it's gonna go, so have one on hand. how much are u lookin for the barrel? im kinda interested.
*EDIT* how much for the lapco offset?

What is wrong with hummer?
I don't see anything for sale in his sig.
Anyways, the ratchet is not what hummer is describing, he must be high or something, the ratchet is the devise that turns the cyclone. Flip over the A-5 so the Grips are up. Take off the bottom plate of the cyclone feed. If you have some loose peices in there, you're ratchet is going.
Best way to tell is if you can push the manual advance lever and it turns smoothly you're fine, if it doesn't turn, it's the ratchet.
Odds are you're starving your A-5 of air, if you have a reg make sure the output is around 800psi.
Good luck.
sry im not sellin but its 34.95 on action village
