I'm a noob and wanna know what the whole bore size thing is like .688 and dat stuff thanks:)

The bore is the inside diameter of the barrel. Not all paintballs are the same size, although it may say .68, thats just an estimate. Thats why barrels are made that come with additional back to them so that you can get a better paint/barrel match, because then you get better air efficency and accuracy.

bore size is just the diameter of the inside of your barrel. people emphasize bore size because it's important to have a paint-bore match, meaning your paintballs are the right size for your barrel. barrels come in different bore sizes and so do paintballs, but you can find out the bore sizes of most barrels or paints by just reading the stickies.
