We had a scenario game called helicopter and its was a totally normal game exept there were three guys who had sticks and wer twirling them in the air. while they were twirling they were "flying", but as soon as they stop spinning they land and you can shoot them. Everyone wanted to be a helicopter till they realized how much it sucked. A pack of about 4 guys followed everyone waiting for it to land. haha

Could you imagine having a bunch of tippmann hellhounds crusin around the field at a scenario game? Man 50 balls a second with a grenade launcher on each! woah is all I gotta say. Also about the one man tank, Ive heard about playing where everyone has a garbage can lid and just play elimination. Sounds fun Ive been meaning to try it. Playing like that in an open field would be cool too.

Roof wars - If you live in a neighborhood, and have a 2 story house you can look out your window and see tons of other roofs. I would love to have like 1 or 2 people to a roof. Then just start fighting. You could hide behind the crest of the roof or chimney. And it would also be cool to have rope ladders connecting them.

How about in a parking lot? Go to a sports stadium wehre they have huge parking lots. Maybe in a car garage where you can have multiple levels. You'd have car alarms going off all over the place, that would make it confusing , You'd have to have candy apple red camo to blend in ha ha.

It would be so awesome to have a huge battle like the Alamo. U have people charging the fronts and u have to hold em. Or like a Desert Storm scene where people are protecting an object and u have to destroy it. No a cool one would be like a joust lie the knights even though I dont know how it would work. Or like a reinnactment of a revolutionary war and evryone has one paintball and u just wait to get shot. U have to hold the line the entire line and u have drummers and sh**. OR the best would be just to have a battle in the set where they shot the final battle segment in SAving Private Ryan. For that matter have a few guys in bunkers with like friken 50 electro guns and its a charge the beach of Normandy and u have to make sure everyone gets off like a boat instead of tank in the water and people just get wasted left and right it would be the biggest rush of all. Sorry I keep trailing on but the best is the Beach raid and holding it and everyone just getting hit ......ahhhhhhhhhhhh.....if it were all true...how could we even make something like the beach reinnactement it would be inpossible. it would take lots of mula for the autos and to have that many people and to supply like 200 boats and not to mention have access to a private beach. Oh well.

i've put lots of thought into an onhill game. a james bond scenario on a ski hill, i think it'd work, just go back country where they don't even have lifts, you have to either hike or take a rope tow, i've go into detail about ti somewhere it might have been the make your own pb stuff thread.

Hey Darkangel, The field I play at is called alamo paintball. and they have a capture the fort scenario field. The people on the ground get a 3 sec. head start, and the people in the fort have to stay there untill the last 1:00 of the game. with the omaha beach thing, they guys in the raised concrete bunkers could have those ten-barrel gatling guns like the one on the tippmann hellhound! that would be the sweetest thing ever (by the way, i'd be one of the germans so i could operate one of those ****** guns). and there could be tippmann m14 paintball mortars and stuff. DAYUM, that would sweet! good idea dude, we can always fantasiza about what that would be like.

I think it would be fun if neighboring towns had a HUGE big game once a year in which each town would gather (or more appropriately, enlist) their respected paintball players and unleash a day long game involving both towns. Town officials could be like the generals in regular scenario games, and town halls could be like the "home base" for each team. I know that this is impossible, but I can't help fantasizing about it.

I would really like to see a starship troopers type scenario. 2 -4 players with electric markers. They get rushed by 20-30 people with semis/pumps... playing civil war style, load 1 pb at a time.

20min time limit. If you are on the insect team you can come back after you are in dead zone for 2 mins. But if you are a human you get shot you die...If insects dont take the base they lose. If they take it, they win.

Man I would hate to be the insect team... get shot up bad.

Have you seen the movie galipali? Have a field built just like that. with a beach, then trenches, and open areas before the trenches that you would have to run across under heavy fire, to get inside the trench.

How about on a train like in speed II. Even though that movie sucked, the concept seems pretty fun. There could be a team of terrorists and a team of good guys. that would be cool.

how about a hostage situation where all your friends are hostages of the other team and every five minutes or so a hostage is executed (shot at point blank with a marker)and you have to kill all the terrorists before all the hostages die. And then, the hostages could try an escape or something and steal the terrorist's guns... just like in the movies.

Or how about a re-inactment of the rock. Remember that scene where all the Navy Seals died? Just as they climb out of the sewer, then there is that giant gun fight. All the seals were out gunned and out positioned but you hoped they would win anyways. And then they all dramatically die as the terrorists shoot them up. wasn't that awesome? (not that they died, but the gun fight that they had) That would be soo cool to recreate! but, I don't think anyone will want to be the Navy Seals, since we all know how it ends. :)

Or finally, that gunfight in Terminator II. wYou know, where the terminator is up in the high-rise shooting down at all the cops. Wouldn't it be great if there were a paintball gattling gun? That scene was soo great! That would be so fun! But perhaps whoever is the terminator should wear a chestplate. ;)

I acually don't know why they aren't for sale..but it probally is the price. It would cost to much to build and sell them. Plus if anybody acually bought one they would have to spent soo much money on paint(50 rounds per second) and grenades!!!

I don't think that playing with paintball guns at the highschool would have the police smiling and joking with you.... or they might, as they slap the cuffs on you...

many different things you could do on the golf course.

sniping the golfers-just keep to the bushes and snipe them as they are about to swing or stuff... then just sneak back into the bush and see how many people you can hit before you are finaly found.

or all out war there two different armys and then the calvary on golf carts...

I think that playing at a graveyard would be neat, but I never will out of respect for the dead. I hope you other guys have this same respect. Don't get me wrong, I'm not some superstetious nut, I just don't think it's right.

How about water paintball. get some jonboats (aluminum boats under 10 feet with outboard 10hp engines on em) and put 2 or 3 ppl on them one driver and res shooters. Go runnin around ramming eachother and boarding boats and stuff like that. Have a large reserve on both the teams so when on guy is hit you can dock and replace him. I would love to do a D-Day storming of a beach with like 20 BOATS AND LIKE 50 DEFENDERS. That would be AWESOME!!!!

i think that the ultimate paintball game would be at gettysburg on the actual battlefeild, it would take around 10,000 people but have them were they would be according to there state and just redo the whole battle and see if the outcome is any different. a whole 3 day scenario where you have to charge accross fields and up mountians/hills that would be tight. but like they had cannons replace them with hellhounds

Well, this isn't exactly a "tactic," but I'd have to say it's wacky.

A good friend and I used to play p-ball together, at all of the local southern CA fields. If you've ever heard the stories about the "guys dressed like nerds," that was us. :D

We were both good players, athletic and pretty experienced. But for fun at rec fields every once in a while, we'd use our Stingrays. Then, we'd wear drab golf shorts, bright paisley or flannel button-up shirts, and neon green or pink neckties. Can't leave out the mis-matched socks pulled to our knees, and penny loafers.

Yes, we did it a few times. Yes, we looked stupid. And it was sooo much fun. People would think one of two things. Most people would write us off as nutcase newbies, and come after us first. Mistake. We didn't lose very often.

Others figured the opposite...they figured anyone with the balls to wear neon-colored clothing and use stock 'Ray's must be doing it as a trick, and they probably know how to play. This was the truth, but a lot of people had to get shot before figuring that out.

Try it sometime...it's fun! :D

The two things I like to do the most are playing paintball, and skydiving. Now imagine the two together. How cool would it be to jump out of a plane at 14,000 ft with 9 other players and just shoot the **** out of each other during freefall? That would be just plain awesome.

I think an office building, like cubicle to cubicle combat...you could do it like a scenario, every one in their shirts and ties and you have to shoot the brown-nosers, or capture and defend the break room or the water cooler. I mean think of it, the boss orders you to go make copies and you have to fight your way to the copier, that would rock.
And what about a grocery store, or a store like Wally World? Guys rolling out of clothing racks and fitting rooms, shooting aisle to aisle.

One other thing, I think that if you used an Automag with macro line, sealed the powerfeed, and the hopper and used an unported barrel it might just work after you submerged it in water.

One more thing, a historically based scenario, like a Vietnam style LRP or LRRP mission would be cool. You send out one group the night before hand and the other group has to run a patrol and find them, and either escape or eliminate all of the enemies without being found.

I think you would want the standard hopper, unless that setup actually did fire underwater, wouldn't the hose from the Q allow the gas to escape and water to enter the loader? Although I suppose you could fiddle with the hose to make it curve around therefore not venting gas and allowing water in.
