I know that i am supposed to take off the end cap to get to the piston in the LPR and then lube the orings on it. Problem is when i take off the end cap there is an oring in the end cap, between the threading, and otherwise that all i see in the LPR is a springs and then a white piece that i havent been able to get out, it looks like delrin or some similar material.
Can someone explain to me where the piston is, is it deeper than that white delrin looking thing???

I already established that the white picece was delrin.
Are you saying that the piston is that delrin piece? because in that case do i just pull it out with needle nose pliers and lube the orings???

the delrin piece is the piston.
there are two ways to get it out.
One is to use some tweezers or needle-nose pliers and gently remove it.
The other is to look at the end of the LPR that is normally inside the gun. See the metal nipple looking thing on the end of the LPR that the valve spring sits on? unscrew that with your hand, take out the poppet and spring, and then you will see a small metal rod. That rod is connected to the piston, so if you push on the rod it will push the piston out the front of the LPR.

Ok before reading your post Lotus i figured out that the delrin was the piston so here is what i did...
I took it out with needle nose pliers and i wiped it down along with its housing and then i lubed the oring on it (there was just one) then i put it back in.
Before taking it out with pliers i took out the ram huosing and tried pushing it out with the eraser end of a pencil but there was a metal nipple that had a spring in it because it kept bouncing back. Me pressing that didnt damage anything did it? Also did i clean and lube the right piece, or is the piston inside of that delrin.. im a bit confused.

I'm clueless after reading that!
alright, lemme see if I understand this.
You removed your ram. You stuck a pencil inside the ram shaft (eraser first) to try to push on the LPR. Right?
The problem with this is the valve is between the LPR and the ram. What you were pushing on wasn't the LPR, it was the valve pin. The valve pin is held shut by a spring, thats why it bounced back. You didn't damage anything.
Now when you want to take your LPR apart, just take the LPR off the gun. That's right, the whole LPR just unscrews from the front of the gun by hand. It's alot easier that way.
The delrin piece with the o-ring on it is the piston, so you lubed the right part.
