best 2-piece barrel under 100 is...?

I am wondering what 2-piece barrel is the best under 100 bucks. I have looked at many in the reviews. Alot of them look good and the people that own them say they work good too. So it does not really help me if the all say there the best. I ll be using this barrel on an Ion if that helps any. I dont really care how much it weighs as long as it is under 100 bucks. Thanks for your opinions.

well I can't tell you the best because I don't have any personal experience... but I can tell you that if you're looking for a two piece under 100 bucks, many people suggest CP 2 piece barrels. they run around 60 bucks brand new. i've actually got a used one of my own on it's way in the mail. hopefully it's in good condition.

for a hundred bux u can get a dye ultralight. maybe more for 2 piece. someone correct me....

could you please tell me where you can get the edge kit at that price? I've been considering them, and havent seen them at that price. thanks! :)

oh yeah...and the J&J full tilt two piece, I would not recommend. its only got a 68.8 bore size to it, which is a smaller bore; so it wont fit the larger sized paintballs well, and could cause breaks, or barrel efficiency probs.
I have heard good things about matchstik barrels, but no clue if they can be found for under 100.

There ya go drake, and I would say its a toss up between this, CP 2 piece, Stiffi, and Dye UL.

Performance wise, stiffi UL and CP 2 piece seem to be the same. Price wise, CP > UL and stiffi. Cheaper and the same quality.

It is one-piece design so basically it is for the glued version which I really dont trust. May be good but I would rather have the two piece ultralite.

thanks from all your guys. I am going to get the CP 2-piece from www.critical paintball.com when i get the money. One last question though. When you oreder it from them it ask for the tip lenght. If i get the 10 inch tip length does that mean that the barrel put together with the back will be 10 inches or is it 10 inch tip plus the back bore part which is like 4 inches???? I want a COMPLETE 14 inch barrel. I am so confused. :confused:

Order a 14 inch tip with it if you want an overall 14 inch barrel.

I think you made a smart choice. I got my 14 in. CP 2 piece and used it this weekend.. even though it was used it worked awesome. Never broke a single ball out of 1000-1500 shot and the flew nice and straight.

Now if only i could afford HPA so that the velocity would stay constant, i'd be set up.
