So I am looking into buying an air tank for my gun. I found a place that was going out of business and was able to get the kit for my a-5 to make it shoot more consistent with air for 94 bucks out the door but havent bought my tank yet. Today when I went tank shopping the guy at another store told me that CO2 works better on my gun because of its pressure. He said that I should stick with CO2 and that most air bottles dont let enough pressure out of them to be any good he said the only bottle that would be good for my gun was a Pure Energy bottle because their output pressure was higher then any other bottle. Ok so what gives...........I really want to get air for the convenience but, will I regret it, is what he says true that even with the low pressure kit my gun wont shoot as good as with CO2?
Thanks for your help people.

+co2 is very inconsistance in the weither hot/cold
call that guy a moron , hpa is way way better
*he might of been talking about a low pressure tank .... but probley not*

The guy at your store is wrong plain and simple.
Although Tippmann markers are generally designed for CO2 compatibility, like most markers, the addition of HPA as an air source is always helpful.
As for Pure Energy tanks, they are not so hot, get a Crossfire or Nitro Duck, both are much better quality and consistency. PE's are famous for leaking and being inconsistent, two things that most people get nitrogen to avoid. You don't need that LPK either, just screw in any high output tank and you should be good to go.
If you intend to use the LPK, which isn't nessecary, you'll need to purchase a secondary regulator as well. I would reccomend the Custom Products Grip Reg as both a quality and affordable choice.

at lower psi the pin valve on the pmi tanks wont close right and it will slowly leak
