Ok today at the feild I heard a leak, it was at the fitting between my line and the maxflow, while the leak was going, i looked at my gauge. The thing was going up,down,up,down. I could also hear the vent letting out some air. Could this be because of the leak, causeing the pressure to fluctuate? Could this be because my anti-siphon tube isnt installed properly? I ordered it with my Impulse from www.firstcallpaintball.com . WOuld they have taken the time to set it up to my gun? Also i noticed after a fill and during my 1st game, my max-flo was icing up. It was only the 1st game, after the 1st game none of the above happened again. Was it because if the new fill maybe? DUmb question....it was probably in the FAQ. I looked.....didnt see it.....so i posted. Thanks

It sounds very much like you got a bunch of liquid CO2 in your reg. First, is there a mark on the valve to indicat "up" for the anti syphon. (most fokes when they set up anti syphon tubes put a "X" or "V" to indicate "up") if it has this mark and it is "up" when tightly screwed into the body, the anti syphon is most likly set up right. If the mark is NOT at the top, there is a very good chance the tube is NOT set up right.

Second-- when you first filled/ started to use the gun, di you point it down and fire a bunch of shots? The resion I ask is the an anti syphon tube is only anti syphon when the gun is somewhat level. if you point the gun down, the anti syphon is covered in liquid, and becomes a "syphon" tube!

If you don't have any sort of mark on the tank for up-- let us know and I'll give you a little trick to find where "up' is.

next weekend the guy at my feild is going to dump my tank and we are going to take the valve off and make sure the anti-siphon tube it facing up.

No, using a remote and an anti-siphon tube do not go together! The anti-siphon tube would work as a siphon tube. Therefore, totally defeating the purpose.

why wouldnt it work? da antisiphon would be vertical, so it wont be a syphon, and da air would just travel through the remote.
