9300 board

Sup guys. I have a 9300 board on the way and need to know some stuff. I did a search but still clear as mud to me. So here goes:

1. is it capped at 36 CPS or BPS ?
2. From OBDO.net , he said that u can't adjust the FPS/ dwell. Then is it semi by default and 36 CPS/BPS by default ?
3. What about the other dip switches ? they would do nothing then ?

3. It doesnt have any dip switches since there are no adjustable settings on the 9300 board.

Ahhh, i see.

Do u know the default dwell time or any other specifications on that board ? Cuz i can't seem to find a lot of info's on this board.
