imposible leak...

well someone has probly already done this one but what the hell right? any hoot my solinoid(sp) leaks like a mother and i have cleaned it every time along with the hammer. well when i put any air into the gun the solinoid does well for about two cycles then all hell breaks loose. what i mean is that the hammer shoots forward sticks, doesnt go back(even when pulled) and there is a large leaking sound in the solinoid housing area. i have changed the gasket and lubed it up and it still leaks. i really dont want to have to go out and have to buy an new solinoid so please tell me what i can do to fix it...

wow thats pretty bad. something is seriuosly messed. do you have a gun tech around you? i would try that. if not, i would think about sending to SP.

THAT happened to me!

clean the solenoid. not the whole thing though. only the spool housing. there might be paint in the way or dirt or something like that. also go to zdspb.com abd this tells you everything on how to clean your solenoid.

also check the firing chamber for paint and clean your ball detents. also one more thing. make sure you put the right ball detents where there are suppose to go.

if you have vision, make sure the long one hods the little cover that says vision.

if you have non vision dont worry about it.

This may sound a little weird but check to see that you solenoid is sitting properly and that the screws that hold it to the body are tight, if its not, that might the source of your leak. Hope this helps.
