Is an electronic gun needed to do well in tornaments?

I was woundering if an electronic gun is nessicary to do well in tournaments?

no not at all . . . you can do well with non-electronic guns like cockers or spyders or what ever you are comfortable with . . . the gun doesnt matter as much as if you are comfortable with it and play your best.

no, lots of pro teams use non electro

id say its about half/half

I've only ever seen 1 electro cocker ever and ive seen a lot of cockers

no electro isnt needed to do well my team has 4 cockers and one mag and we do well placed 4th of 16 at the last one we went to but a team of stock tippmans gotlucky and got 2 of the 3 of us out on the break. and im still shakeing my head asking how they did that but oh well to late now

However it works, if it's not gonna break and lets you play your best, that's the gun to use, electro or not
