Our team is located far west in Nc the farthest point in NC, and we are looking for small/medium tourneys to establish our reputation, we ar not looking for tourneys with a $500 entry fee, we want a little challenge, we could go as far Atlanta Ga, Knoxville Tn, or Asheville NC, in that basic radius we can go further though. please reply with dates and so on, thank you very much!

Hey, not sure about the entry fee is, but there's a little tournament in Ashevillle at Wolverine this weekend. I think the home team wants to break in their new airball field or something. Anyhow, it would be a good chance to make some contacts and find out about upcoming events. I'm originally from Franklin, where are you at? And hey, if you go this weekend and you see any of my guys from "Guilty Party" (ask, they know us there) make fun of them and tell 'em I said hi.:D
-Good Luck

A field in Kingston (Harriman), called Backwoods Paintball has small 3-man tourneys every once in a while. The fee for the last few have been $125 a team. Foothils Paintball has some about the same. I have a field review for it on that sticky...

Are you talking about foothills in maryville?

Well, Foothills apparently had a tourney series last year, But I was focusing on Backwoods Paintball in Harriman (It is west on I-40 from knoxville I think, PM me for direction). They are having a tourney on Saturday, and they are having Novice and Amature divisions, 1st place in novice is $500.

What do you mean by "much"?

if first place prize is $500 dollars then the entry fee must be high. thats what i mean by much.

Hey, a little update...
The thing at Wolverine this weekend isn't a tournament like I originally thought, sorry. It is however a bunch of teams and whoever wants to come out, trying out their new field. It should be fun and really good competion, but not a tournament! Sorry, I'm a little out of the loop lately. Anyhow, if you guys can't make the Backwoods tourney this weekend, this would be a good, cheaper, alternative. Far as I know their is no special fee, just a normal weekend at the field with a few organized teams.

What about Duncan, SC (Greenville)

www.alamopaintball.com

The site has the tourney info, but the fields are wrong.

It's actually hyperball, TC paintball sup'air, and ball wall. They just moved.

I'm not very familiar with SC, I have never even been in SC, but I guess if we have the money in time we will go.

This field is fairly new, but I have heard they have some small, cheap tourneys going on, and big plans for the field.
