I'm new to the paintball scene and just got a CP One-Piece Classic. I also bought some paint, which I think was some sort of Draxxus paint. It was about 35 degrees out. I started playing and I was chopping like crazy. Also, balls were curving left and right. Does this have something to do with the paint or barrel or was it just because it was cold outside?

I'm sure it was either that the cold made the balls brittle, or that It's something to do with your marker. Was your velocity too high?

Draxxus tends too have a small bore. Are you sure it's chopping? They might be breaking in the barrel due to swerving in the barrel because your bore is too big. If not the cold made the pain to brittle

Smaller paint will almost never break in a larger bore barrel. It's most likely a combination of the cold and the gun. Check where the break is actually splattering too. If it's close to the back or in the breech at all, it's the gun most likely.

its breaking towards the end of the barrel, or in the air. At first my velocity was way highand balls were breaking in the the feedneck and beginning of the barrel, but then I turned it all the way down and it was chopping either in the air or in the end of the barrel. Then I tried some other paint and it worked fine. THe place that I got the stuff from only sells draxxus paint and custom products barrels, so it would come as a surprise to me if the paint wasn't right for the barrel.
