what do you think would be the best gun to buy for under 400$. whatever you choose tell me why

There are alot of pretty good guns out there for under 400$
But it depends on what you like, are you a consevative shooter or do you like to shoot fast?
If you like to spray then:

The Evil Omen Is a pretty good looking closed bolt gun that has a good cam feed. alot of people say there are many things on it that need to be tinkered with before it works right

There is the Bko I don't know alot about these but the new 2005 models are pretty hot and they are pretty sturdy looking.

Of course there is the New IOn which i shot and thought was awesome it was very quiet and nice feeling it has a break beam eye and shoots 17 bps and seems like it is worth the price

The Ion's biggest competitor is the Diablo Wrath which looks awesome and is about the same price as the IOn.It shoots a about 20 bps and has a break beam eye but and comes from a lesser known brand than all the others .

if you are looking for accuracy than look at the
The Entire Trilogy Line is in that price range but if you were to go with one go with the Pro but Autocockers take alot of
maintanance and care to keep it working right

Also the older auto cockers and the simple 04 or 03 cockers are w/in that price range and are great guns


Those are the best guns I can Think of for that price range
There are probly not all of them I would research each of them and choose for yourself because It really is a preference thing.

My personal preference is the IOn I like the way it looks and shoots

a trilogy isnt any more accurate then the others..unless it comes with a better stock barrel which i doubt..the myth about closed bolt has better accuracy then open is false
