well....
1) what kind of paint were you using?
2) did the paint fit the bore size of your barrel?
3) are your ball detents working properly?
4) are you outshooting your hopper?
5) are you skipping shots?
We need more detail :D
ooo i was using Team Colors Paintball in 30 degrees weather and it fits in my barrel right. I got an Impy.

Well for starters its 30 degrees, main problem.
Did you keep your paint warm before loading it into your hopper?
Are you using CO2? CO2 = Liquid Ice
Moisture and dirt in the breach will cause the ball detents to stick.
Paintballs will swell up in moisture, thus making the barrel too small = chopped paint.
Are you fanning or walking the trigger in this kinda cold? = chopped paint.
Ive tried playing once this year in this cold, My daughters Timmy using N2, my Impy using N2 and my Tippmann RT using CO2 was all chopping like mad.
I went the next weekend to an indoor place in Ohio, and we never chopped one ball.
Move it indoors in this extreme cold bro, or at least keep your balls warm
:P
