I thinking about getting this gun please tell me all you know about the gun its pros and cons thanks

Heh, I've shot one, and I know all the basics, but If you seriously want someone who knows a ton about impulses, check with Creek or Richy_c. I'm pretty sure they're both Impulse owners, though I get my users/guns mixed up alot. What I can tell you, is that it's got a quick strip bolt with the pin at the top, it's very quiet, comes with the maxflow reg, which is really an awesome reg, trigger pull on the news ones is very nice. Because of the maxflow, it has great consistency, and great consistency = great accuracy. Shoots very fast, pretty light, size is pretty much on par with the bushmaster, comes with a real good barrel, and I believe it comes in a semi only version as well as a turbo. Takes it's own barrel threading ,Impulse threads only, though with milling I believe shocker barrels will fit if you shorten the barrel a tiny bit. One solenoid, 9 volt battery, and one of the best CO2 powered electros available

well that pretty much cover it,shocker barrel fit the Impluse but you have too mill off .049 for them too fit.Lowest setting I have shot at is 140 psi,I run about 180 most of the time.Its great on co2 but be a much better marker on nitro or compressed air.With the max flow you dont need another reg too change too Comp. air.Shoots most paint with out breaks in the barrel. I have not broke a ball in my marker as of yet but that time is a coming.Vert feed and you do need a Revy 12vt is what SP says you need but a 9 will work.You don't oil this gun you use dow corning 33 grease to lube up the marker.They are now doing the Impluse in anno jobs so you can get them other than black now.Turbo has a hook up for the Revy so it run only when you shoot.75 buck upgrade from smart parts.What i have heard and read there droping the turbo now. but you can always get a board.Not alot of up grades for the gun as of yet but it don't need too many.I think I cover what was left out

yeah its .042. made a .007 off not too bad for not looking it up.I got alot more on my mind than paint ball

Well i got 2 barrels with my Impluse so i really dont need to worry too much about the milling,just forgot if it was a 042 or 049 for some reason 049 stuck too my drain.

It's really not that heavy ,I used it in 8 hour days all day and didn't have my arms drag the ground.As far as getting something else its up too you .I like this marjker after I shot it the frist time and took me 2 months to rake up the cash for it.I feel it was worth the investment to have it.
