IN YOUR OPINION what is better, accuracy or rof, i know that it would be best to have both, BUT you and i both know that there r a lot of guns out there that have high rofs, but no accuracy, AND that there are guns out there that are accurate but have a slow rate of fire (pump)...what r your thoughts??
Now, i know that accuerate is a bad word to use, by that what i mean is, consistent and good grouping, even at longer distances.....now, what is the most accurate gun under $300, i dont care if you r using stock or aftermarket barrel, but dont give me crap like boomstick, or freak kit, or some other expensive barrel, i am talking about the gun, NOT the barrel. AND i dont care about the rate of fire on the gun ( eletro, or pump, or semi..I DONT CARE) ....as you can see, i think accuracy is the way to go.....

Smart Parts ION
It has tight shot groupings, very accurate stock barrel, can shoot up to 17bps, has breakbeam eyes, operates just like a shocker, and has good consistency out of the box. +-5
And the best part is that they are only $285.00 with free shipping on most websites.

Well...being that accuracy is more a function of the barrel and the use of consistent air than the internal workings of the marker itself what you're asking to compare are two separate and distinct things.
The manner in which gas is disbersed through the marker is the 2nd function of accuracy I list above. So...regardless of the marker you select, if you're looking for accuracy go with High Pressure air over CO2. CO2 is a liquid and even with an anti-siphon it doesn't expand at a consistent rate (it's somewhat exponential based on other factors such as heat). HPA is consistent and if used with a quality reg, you'll be minimizing the swings in fps you'll likely experience with CO2. This is why you want to use HPA even on markers like Spyders and Tippmans.
Bottom line....in your price range, you're looking at BKO's and IONs. Both are electro-pneumatic and both are consistent, have a high ROF and either are designed to be LP markers or can be modded to be LP markers. Toss a solid barrel on there (like a CP) for a reasonable price, and you'll be as accurate as any $1000 marker, though you may not hit the ROF of some of the higher end markers you'll come close.

^^^Exactly what he said.
But really right now. Your choice is either a BKO or an ION. Or maybe even a Wrath. I havent seen very many reviews on the wrath yet so I wouldnt really trust its performance. With the BKO, you ahve the choice of either a 2004 or 2005. The 2004 does not have eyes so you WILL chop. The 2005 BKO has no tray (smaller profile) and has breakbeam eyes installed. The BKO's board is capped at 18bps. The gun is mechanically capped at 18 bps also. It costs around $350.00.
Now for the ION. There are already new triggers out for the ION to give you a faster ROF. The board for the ION is capped at 17 but it also has ramping up to 17bps and has full auto up to 10bps and 3 shot burst up to 10PBS. The gun itself is not capped at 17 though. It is mechanically capped at around the mid to upper 20's. NDZ and WAS are already making upgrades for the ION. NDZ is making triggers and bodies and WAS, is of course, making a WAS board for it. The ION only costs $285.00 w/free shipping at most websites.
