Ball size and choosing a barrel

I don't really know the distinction between ball size; since everywhere i go, they just say they use .68... although i've been looking around for a barrel for my 2k1, and there's barrels for calibers ranging from .679-.695. What am i to do? I'm not a tourny player (yet) and i'm almost positive that the two arenas in town use completly differant paint, and alot of times the paint is crap. What do you suggest, since my budget's kinda low ($100 CDN range)?

if the fields are fpo (field paint only) then theres not much you could do. you could purchase a freak barrel (like the KK's) but those are pretty expensive. if its byop (bring your own paint) then find a paint that works good for your gun and use that.
