Pmi tanks are set at 850 or so psi, and the presure needs to be about 500 psi going into the intimidator. A gas through foregrip wont regulate the air into the gun. U need the aftermarket regulator to lower the pressure to 500 psi.

Id recomend a vigilante, because of your budget. Its a great reg, and u can find them for 60 bucks. Ull need a kapp becasue your tank is thick and itll be hard to find a good drop dorward to fit it under that will give u any drop, so buy a kapp drop zone 2. Ull need the on/off adaptor, and a macroline kit to get the ari from the tank to reg.

Vigilante-60
Kapp-45
On/off-25
Macroline-10

Brings you to 140 bucks. Perfect setup.

i am going to say that it would be worth it to spend the extra $15-$22 for a gladiator or sidewinder . . . IMHO i think you will be happier with it and you wont regret it . . .

wut about instead if i got a crossfire 88/4500 tank which has and output presure of 450, can i just get gas tru grip? I would like to do this because it will cost significanly less

I would just get the inline reg. A gladiator would be the best way to go in my honest opinion. A shocktech drop forward (or whatever feel comfortable for you), and some shocker hose airline. Or SS airline. Whichever you want. Just something big with lots of flow.

Can't shocker line only handle about 300 psi. I know it can't handle 800 psi. macroline or ss line is all you need anyway.

if you run the 450 pressure tank, a gas thru grip will be fine but if you decide to run the LP Mod you are still going to need the regulator to get the pressure even lower. So if you have the money, buy one now, if not, save it up, get the gas thru grip now and get the regulator later. Many people go with the LP Mod and you might want to so you will probably need a regulator

We have some stuff thats blue. It has a 350 psi rating on it. I am running 600 psi through with absolutley no problems. It actually fit's into the Angel fittings.
