i think itll help the game get more competitive. Itll change the feel of the game a bit. Not many can shoot over 15 bps anyway.

ok so it is a rumor. this was copied from the news section and i will admit it was foolish of me to think that this could be true right off the bat. but even so i am totally against even the thought of a cap in the nppl.

so, let's discuss that.

They have already made the semi-pro league that was rumored. If they were going to make the 15 bps rule, they would have created it when they created the semi-pro league.

This is coming from a guy who basically only uses pump....






This means its biased.

FYI, using a pump doesn't increase your skill. Its totally different styles.

Neither does ramping to 20+bps :P. I'll take you on anytime with my pump :). I love winning against electros.

Anyways, the 15 bps cap isnt all that effing bad guys. Stop whining about it.

They don't. For NXL, they have radar that calulates the time inbetween shots, but they only have a limited supply, and thus they dont have any for the normal psp.

I know you've got a hard on for anything I say about pumps to try to throw it in my face lol...nice try though.

Anyways, the new rules shouldn't really affect anyone except those who were using cheater boards anyways. The guys who can shoot 15bps will will be shooting 15bps. The only difference will be those guys who could shoot over 15bps will still only be shooting 15bps. I have a feeling ramping and cheater boards will turn out like full auto on fields...not allowed. *shrugs* who knows, I don't get to play enough to play in tournies lol.

Man if I still had family in Dayton I'd come up and play you. My grandparents moved to FL so now I have no excuse to go up there lol. Anyways if you want to comment to me on the whole "pump vs. electro" thingy again start a new thread please or hit me up on PM because this is *way* off topic.

Eh don't try to hide it, playing with your pump makes you feel like your so much more superior than the average baller.

Anyways, theres a slight difference in sound between 15 bps and 20 +.

Anyways the players dont wanna risk it, and the refs can hear it. Personally I think 15 is enough anyways, anymore would be flinging too much paint in a small amount of time imho.
