What type of Air source?

I'm wondering what type of gas everyone's using. I'm pretty sure the majority is using N2 on there gun. I wanna get nitro also. But i was wondering what kind and if it should be adjustable. Because I'm gonna get a new reg and everything. Just wonderin which one, adjustable or no. Any responses would be appreciated.
Also does anyone know where to buy an impulse that comes with the vision but not the board. Cuz i was planning on upgrading the board as soon as I get it. THX

i use a 20oz on/off antisiphon co2, and i am planning on purchasing a 68ci co2 since co2 gives me great consistency :D
