Starting Team in Northern Virginia

Because no teams want new players if there already winning, and it seems all the teams rock around here, i am starting one of my own. You have to live in northern virginia (stafford preferably)
and be between 6th grade and 10th grade. I will make a site with HTML as soon as i finish other sites.
