I have a friend that is going to buy a paintball marker. He only want something cheap that he can play 1 on 1 with me in has back yard. (He has a forest) He doesn't want to spend a lot and was planning on getting a Talon. I was wondering what you would recommend for him. He is only 15 and doesn't have alot of money to spend. Should he get the Talon or a Stingray II or what? I already told him that whatever he does deside it's not like he can't return the gun to the store if it breaks or something! And one last thing. He will probably be playing 1 on 1 with me the most and I use a Tippmann 98 Custom with a J&J Preformance 2 piece barrel, double finger trigger, PMI expansion chamber and vertical adaptor. So I think he will want something that could hold up at least a little against it.
Anyways to some it up he want a cheap marker say in the price range for a Talon or Stingray II that he could play in his backyard with me against my Tippmann 98. So I need your help with which marker he should buy!
