I was just wondering how many parents play paintball.

My mom came out with me once and said she really enjoyed it, but the sting of getting pegged bugged her more than just a little :)

Nope, mine don't. My mom works a lot and now my dad is laid up because he just had knee replacement surgery. I am his slave now, it blows.

My dad played once. He really enjoyed it, but at the end of the day all his joints were really sore so it's unlikely he'll ever play again. :( He was pretty good too, he got 2 people out his first game.

My dad plays sometimes, but when he does his knee bugs him (He twisted it a full 180* playing rugby, he turned and his shin didn't) so I end up his slave. He rocks at paintball too. He's in the army so it is no big surprise he can kick my booty.

I rarely go paintballing when my dad isn't along. He's pretty good. He usually has a 7:1-10:1 elimination ratio. He's pushing 50.

My dad has played once... but hell, me and a teammate got our girlfriends into playing, and they love it. I feel accomplished :) . A couple massive welts on my leg didn't help in convincing them to play (damn hot-shooting *******s).

Ah, my dad plays hella now. I think his obsession is bigger than mine. 1 time out, and he was hooked. How the hell did you get your woman to play? I've been trying forever..

lol
She's not a pansie preppy person (thank God), and she's into trying new things... ;) . She watched a couple of our tournaments, and thought it would be fun to play, so I rigged my extra 'Mag with a used 47ci Flatline, taught her how to avoid short stroking it (even though it doesn't), and told her to shoot whoever shoots at her. She played, and really got into it... even got a couple people out her first day. Man, it must be nice to be 5'1", 100 lbs, and be an awesome cross-country runner... but she laughed frantically when she was shot about 1" away from the nipple, and sought vengeance. I felt sorry for that guy... and still do :)

my dad come's out and plays with us a few times, even my brother in law who lost his right arm in a mining accident came out and played a few times, he loves it. Wants to bring his fake arm and yell medic when he is playing.

Very nice :) . I was spanked in a tournament by a guy with about a quarter of a left arm... It scared the crap out of me when I went to shake hands with him after the game. Kinda interesting watching him hold his gun with about half his upper arm. That just shows where there's a will, there's a way.

My brother wants to get into it but doesn't have the money and I don't think my dad is willing to pay the prices but he seems like he would love it if he would just try it! As far as my mom and sister go well my sister couldn't care less and my mom doesn't see what could be so fun about shooting at each other and giving each other welts! The first time I came back from playing I had my arms covered in welts and I took a really nasty hit on the neck! I was only playing in a T-shirt though! Ever since I have been completely adicted!

My Dad and 10 year old brother have informed me that they will both start playing this year. I may take my dad to a senerio game for his first game....I'll make sure to show him some stuff and shoot him a couple of times first though. And my bro will end up using my spyder when we play out law. It's nice to have 2 full sets of equipment...but my dad is already talking about getting another gun...lol...i can see it now....: Dad...can I use the lcd to go play outlaw...?

The best thing about your parents playing is when they get into it they buy you more paintball stuff.

eventually me and my 2 main paintball buddys are gonna team up against our 3 dads, One is an ex ISRAELI soldier, and ones been hunting since they were young, and my dad proved himself an excellent shot, so it will be a bit of a challenge.

Heh. My dad currently shoots a Black Java Shutter with 12" CP barrel (aand a red dot sight which is SCARILY accurate) and a 9V black revvy. He doesn't pull the trigger much, but when he does it's lights out! He wants a Storm frame for his gun but he doesn't have the money. My bro is about to buy a Black Dragun, though he won't be able to upgrade for a while since he's a bit short on cash. Heh. My mom wouldn't play if her life depended on it.

well im on the other side of all these post's,im a dad and i play
fanatically and when my boy is old enough ill take him to try it out
just like my dad took me fishing as of recently my gf has the first
signs of the addiction, it wasnt to hard to get her to the field
but now its a pain to get her away from it

thats whats great about paintball still growing, generations
sometimes 3 deep at the fields now,WAP is a whole family
and so is tracerpaintball,i dont think they would be that active togeather if it wasnt for paintball

can you see in the future paintball resorts, like club med (paint)
catering to families?

good stuff

Hey,

my bro and adopted bro play(good friend of mine who had abusive parents till his shrink pulled him out of his old house and into mine). My bro has a Syder TL+ and my adopted bro has a Rebel. My dad might play now that we have a extra marker(he always said he would now it is put or shutup time!:). SInce I kept my Tippmann when I got my Pro TS G3 Fishy.

The best thing is..........my G/F PLAYS! She is a cheerleader from a town just north east of here. I was just chatting with her before we hooked up and I was like "yeah I love paintball, I hope to play tournies in CO this summer". Then she says "u 2? I love playing with my little bro it is so much fun." Imagine a cheerleader and a PAINTBALLER! God life is good! She not the greatest but she challenges my bro's!

Thank you god for the following

1. Paintball
2. Women
3. Women who love paintball guys
4. Women who play paintball and love the guys who do it!
5. CHEESY POOFS!
