There are way too many of these, they are cloggin up the forums. Please start closing them. I saw one that for the title it was "what gun should i get?" i clicked on it all it said was "what gun should i get?" They are really annoying and I suggest you start closing those threads and give those people warnings.

See that little report button in the bottom right hand corner of people's posts? Use that, it works pretty well.

They're only people who want o be careful with their money and want advise. You dont need to look at these threads ya know. If it really does bother that much, ask for a "what gun" forum.

Hey thats agood idea. Have sub forums in it for the price ranges, then have 3 more sub forums in those sub forums for the type of marker, and the price range.

IE: Legend:
+ = main forum
- = sub forum
-- = sub sub forum

+What gun......
-100-200$
-200-300$
-300-400$
-400-500$
-500-600$
-600-800$
-800-900$
-1000$+

+what gun
-100-200$
--pump
--electro
--mechanical
-200-300$
-300-400$
-400-500$
-500-600$
-600-800$
-800-900$
-1000$+

+what gun
-100-200$
--pump
(place forum here)
--electro
(place forum here)
--mechanical
(place forum here)
-200-300$
-300-400$
-400-500$
-500-600$
-600-800$
-800-900$
-1000$+

Do that for each price catagory, then have a sticky in each one for the most recomended gun. Its alot of work, but it can be done. Ill do it if I can mod it, or make a good sticky for general if u promte me to agnent. ;)

Hate to be overly negative but.....

This IS a paintball forum meant to help people.

Many of these threads are by new members (recently new members) looking for honest relevant input.

Yes they could use the search button, but most of them dont know about it or dont care.

Best way is to either ignore them or just give an honest relevant answer and then let the thread be.

Usually all of the people saying, "No dont get XXXX they suck get a XXXX" and "Why should he get an XXXX, what are you a n00b?" and "**** you..your the n00b", will get the thread closed in a day or so.

I think the good idea would be to have the rules on the first page before you enter the forum, it would be annoying but worth it imo.

it would be pointless, no one would read it. They wuold just hit "accept rules" ASAP to get in.

Maybe most people wouln't read them, but I think it would greatly increase the chance of them reading the rules than if they have to dig around to get there.
