Ok, when i pull back on my trigger half way and hold it there, air comes out of the 3-way. there is like a 3-5 mm zone where this can happen. is it cuz of the 3 way, i got the ans one.

this is causing it easier to short stroke too.
might it be timing cuz ive tried to retime it like 3 times but it still does the same thing

anyone out there with a shocktech "bomb" 3-way, if so does it do this or what

this seems like a newbie question, but none of my freinds have or ever had a cocker that i could compare it too. im kinda new to the cocker so i need to know whats up.

Thx

most 3 way will exhaust as the trigger is pulled the key is to get it in time perfectly most of the time short stroking is a poorly timed gun. I spent about 1 1/2hrs timing my gun and I managed to get rid of that annoying hiss the three way had by getting the gun in perfect time.... my hiss went away simply because the gun is timed so well everything works asynchronously in sequence. When adjusting your 3-way keep in mind the screws point directly at you is rarely a high point of timing.I have heard that ans 3-ways are of the leaky sort and the bomb is completely frickin awesome.

It sounds like it is out of time - try adjusting your 3 way a little longer(1/4 - 1/2 turn). ANS 3 ways are the worst on the market. If you want a good 3 way the "angry" 3 way on the Evolution Cockers and the 2000 and 2001 Cockers is the best I have seen or used. The shocktek is supposed to be even better. Better than the new palmer quickswitch even. For the money get rid of the ANS and get an angry (they are smoother and much less leak prone(or a Shocktek. If you take the 3 way off and hold it facing the ground the pin will fall straight out - try that with any ans.
