wow, this is PBReview.com.... a place where people write reviews on stuff.... and you're asking us here?
why don't you just go and read about it in the reviews section?????????
wow, man.
he'll want a reg, or just something like a gas-thru grip, a macroline kit, and a rail/mount/ ASA to put the tank into.
Depending on the gun, you'll either a really nice reg, or you could be like me, and just have a gas-thru grip, because my gun doesn't need that high of performance from the air system.
if you look at some of the pictures of people's guns, you'll see some proper set-ups of how it should look. Of course, follow your heart, and sing a song, and get the girl, and make a movie.....
........yeah.....:eyes:

Nitro ducks aren't especially common in my area... but nobody I know had any problems.

i seem to remember a pbn thread about some guy's reg blowing off his tank while filling it. the tank was sitting on his gun so it was pointing up and no one got hurt but that thing flew off like a bottle rocket. go crossfire if anyone:tup:

BTW, I have an old apocalypse tank... if he could get an apoc they are really consistent, and I haven't had any trouble with mine. The On/Off is a real pain in the *** though, and the old steel regs are kind of heavy, if that matters to you.

that's why you look for an intelligent review, and trust that 10x more than the ones that say "no problems what-so-ever, i love it so much, blah blah blah...."
Usually, you can pick out the good ones.

Centerflags (in a test by What Paintball Gear?) came in 2nd of the fastest recharge rate for pre-set tanks.
Crossfire came in 1st for pre-set and Evil came in 1st for adjustable.

dont go nitroduck...i have an xstream (aka the tank that has been known to explode) and im trying to get rid of it but my main proshop wont even buy it since its got a reputation of blowing off the back of guns. the regs are really long on them too so my gun feels like a freaking rifle....go pure energy or crossfire

Air America makes good (but expensive) tanks. My team captain has had one since the 1800's and it still works great.

Nitro Duck is known to have great tanks, one of the best. I haveone and it is great. Crossfires are probably better but there isnt anything wrong with these. I know there are also a few kinds of ND tanks but i have the regular one and tis great.

I've got a Centerflag. Its really light and consistent. I'd go with that or a Crossfire since i hear those rock.
