I have scheduled a paintball excursion amongst my co-workers.
I would guess only half of these 24 have played paintball.
My question is how to command the troops if i have 12 players.

It is a speedball field and i have read about back players front players, etc etc, but i was thinking that i could use 3 teams of 3 a team of 2 and a flagrunner.

I thought i would flank 3 on each side of the playing field and have 3 guys go up the middle and two in the back give cover for the flagrunner and then play back and move up if someone gets picked off.

I'd like to hear what you would do if you were the leader.

I really need help. I wasnt sure if i should make one side stronger or weaker or leave more back in case they picked off on the run.
Please respond.

Thanks!

well depends on what size the feild is u could do lots like send only 3 to one side and send every one else on he the cz one o the teams will attract most the atention till one can get behind them or parrell with them. but if the eilds small u cant realy d to much but if its huge u can o alot its hard to tell id walk the feil befor unless its your feild that u built

i would stack one side so that you could be abel to flank the other team. maybe go 6 on the left 2 or 3 in the mid and 3 or 4 on the right that way you are still protected but can push one side
