I didn't think this was such a big deal but seeing as how most rentals, as well as gun owners, use 'full size' markers with fat hoppers, a lot of ppl thought this was cool so I'll share it.

My friend and I were playing a standard elimination game; there were about 20-22 players on both teams.

I was using a Zeus G2 (my setup is in my signature), and my friend was using a PGP with a Palmer's Bottomline kit & 3.5oz tank.

During the game, a lot of rentals were all crowded around one half of the field. My friend and I were having a running shootout with three or four other rentals.

At one point, my Zeus ran out of gas, and my friend ran out of ammo around the same time. We were both screwed. We tried to link up but were held apart by flying paint everywhere.

And then the ref screamed, "One minute left!"

Out of desperation and adrenaline high, I took out a 10rd. tube and waved it at my friend. My friend saw me, paused, took out a spare 12 gram cartridge and waved it at me.

And then we threw our stuff at each other!

I caught the 12 gram, and he caught the tube; we both frantically reloaded. Just in time for us both to nail one of the opposing players making a last dash before the game was called.

Some of the players saw what we did and thought it was uber cool! So there, that's my best pistol story to date!

That's pretty sweet. I bet you stole this story from some action movie:P

 What the heck did I do or say to make you question my integrity?!?! :pissed:

And I'm curious as to what movie you're referring to as well. :irked:

How would this happen in a movie? last time I checked real handguns only needed ammunition.

Well, what I really meant was a Sesame Street Christmas special where Bert traded his paper clip collection for a soap dish that Ernie's rubber ducky could float on to give as a present and Ernie traded his rubber ducky for a nice box to put Bert's paper clip collection in for a present to give to him.
