I was thinking about buying the ion. i just wanted to know if it runs into alot of problems. If you could just tell me what problems you ran into and how to fix them. thx.

Read the Ion forum. Nothing of any relavance so far that should deter someone from purchasing.

Whats the main difference i will fell from my A-5. It will definetly be a big up right?

Much lighter, much shorter, much faster, much more air efficent.

The Tippmann is a reliable marker, and you can expect the same from Smart Parts. However, you are entering a world of electropnumatic operation, which you need to understand and be carefull with. Once you disassemble your Ion for cleaning, etc. It's fragile. Small fittings, hoses, etc.

I've never owned an electric marker before, would you reccommend this as a good start?

Hey i have a Dragun TES. Can anyone tell me a good gun to upgrade to? I have heard some about the Ion, but i feel like my TES has the same speed and accuracy, though i have never used one. I looked at cockers and used timmys, but they all seem so exspensive. Should i just upgrade my TES a lot? Send a reply.
