why the 'pulse?

ok aftertaking into consideration of a new gun, i ahve ended with 2. a fairly upgraded cocker or used impulse (with nitro). i was wundering why the impulse is better than a cocker. also what upgrades do yall recommend and how much would a stock one cost used (just so im not getting ripped).

here r some other questions about the gun.

dus it have an lcd screen?
what is that bulky thing under the grip frame (just a reg and a c/a?)
what is the vision impulse?

alright first off if your thinking about the sleeper autococker dont get it!!! why cause the sleeper needs a secondary regulator. OK The impulse is about 400 dollars new but most peps put a front grip (which is gaget grip or vert reg. both are great) so that is about 450 brand new with the gun and grip. that bulky thing under the grip is the regulator but they make one that is vert cause it needs it cause without it the impulse is unblanced. Ok the impulse vision is an anti-chop eye. not really needed because the impulse already doesnt chop haahaha! No impulses do not come with an lcd. ok why impulse is better than auto cocker.
well they are both very good guns but my reason two words: MAX-FLO. alright hope i help :)

what is that bulky thing under the grip frame (just a reg and a c/a?) Yup, regulator and ASA adapter, you can get vertical MaxFlow, so it doesn't look so bulky.

what is the vision impulse? Vision is an "eye" that sits in the chamber and won't allow the gun to shoot, unless the ball is loaded, thus preventing ball breaks in chamber. Great for front players.

You can't compare Cocker and Imp, two totally different guns. One is mechanic, another is electric. If you know how to fix, upgrade, fix, adjust, tune, fix, upgrade, upgrade, adjust, lube, fix, adjust, fix, lube, fix, tune, fine tune, fix a paintball gun, then get a cocker. If you want to buy a gun and still have enough money to buy paintballs and have fun with your gun, without worrying about gun failing due to double stroking, or not having the gun right way up, get an Imp. That easy ;)

and if you want to really throw the paint the impulse can supposedly do 13bps and cockers..... im not too sure about them but i dont think its gonna be 13bps.
when you decide to get an impulse go to www.e-paintballoutlet.com cuz its the best place to get them and that way you can get some nice little upgrades if you want and theyll set your baby up for you just the way you like it!

I just did something really stupid over the internet and lost like $500 well not yet but i think, so now i have to start from scratch to buy a paintball gun and i'm low on cash so if there are please tell me. thanks

yeah im sure there are other websites that you could try but the thing is that at www.e-paintballoutlet.com they do more than just ship you the goods. they make sure the stuff works, saving you time, and if you decide to get some addition toys on your impulse they put them in for you. if you are short on cash i would suggest that you wait till the end of winter and that way all the damned snow is gone (assuming you have snow) and that way you will have more money at the end of this damned season (that was just a suggestion). and when you got a bit more money get some extras like a blade trigger or a delrin bolt and possibly a tape worm or voodoo full flow (which ever you prefer, vff prefered), by getting some of those extras it will not only make your marker more pretty, it will make it more efficient. for example the delrin bolt - helps cut down on lube usage cuz you dont have to lube the bolt no more and it also lessens the kick. or the voodoo full flow/tape worm - get rid of annoying bolt stick, thus less worries during a game and that way your mind can focus on the game. or the blade trigger - adjust to your hearts desire so you can have a supa light trigger pull.
well anyways what it all comes down to is what you want. maybe i can influence you one way but just make sure you are happy, screw what i say just make yourself happy but consider your options.

In the winter the impy chops Paint b\c of the Paintballs??

Is it easy to clean the paint on the bolt just remove the top Pin and it slides out. Or mayB my ball detient is tight???

Jersey ain't alot better as far as warmth goes than here in New York or Toronto Ontario Spec. You're right too, cold weather has a killer effect on paintballs. Although I've heard of a brand I wanna say Euro-flite? They supposedly are good for us northerners having a tougher gelatin shell. Anybody else have any info?

Thanks for the answer then does anyone know someone who lives in IL Carol Stream?? I waited like more then a month for my impulse and this guy is having fun with my cocker and i just realized that he might be trading my cocker away to someone. I just found that out on pbstar.com the forum where he was talking about my cocker with some extras and says its been used once (BS)
