Did you try cocking it and see if the leak stopped? If yes and it still leaked, an o-ring in your valve might be bad.

Call up tippmann, they're usually really good about things and will usually send you whatever you need for free.

You probably dont need a new valve. Just a valve o-ring. Which, if they dont give it to you, is very cheap.

i just looked at the valve earlier.i couldnt get it apart to see the o rings.

put 4 or 5 drops of oil in ur ASA and fire the gun like 15 times WITHOUT the barrel on. the leak should stop, if not just call tippmann (if they gi u a hard time tell them u just bought it brand new at a flea market 2 weeks ago and threw out the package). ask for a new power tube with valve. if u get the whole power tube it will make ur life a lot easier.

As Hummerking said run some oil through your asa and shoot it 15-20 times. 95% of the time you can stop a valve leak like this. If you can't get it to stop you can always take apart your valve and clean your internals and check the orings. How to take apart your valve (http://www.model98.net/tts1.html)

thanks hummerking that almost stopped the leak.it is way smaller now.it still leaks though.its like 5 45 i think so its to late to call tippmann. somone said to ask for a new powertube and valve.well cant you buy those from dead on and jcs.or would those not come with the valve.

do the oil trick a couple more times, i bet ur orings are just dry. if the leak persists call and ask for a new powertube assembly, tippmann will give it to u for free. i think it's too late also, just wait till 2morrow afternoon.

countypaintball.com used to have them, but you will prolly have to call tippmann and order it from them. it may not be free, but that could be your only source.

Do you buy any chance live in Pattonville? I know a guy named Jody Sullivan, his mom worked at Philpots along time ago. is that you?

Anyway. This is Quinn. Maybe you remember me, maybe not.

If the leak is small you can still play with it while the other one is on its way to you. It could be a cupseal inside the valve. It is still usable until the new valve gets to you, unless its blowing a lot of air out.

I just realized that. I remember his name is Jodie now. So, you know who he is at least right?

Cool, well. Tell him if you ever see him that I came online and said hello.

:D

Good luck w/ the valve. Hope you get it fixed.
