Yes, One is a drop in (tape worm) and the other requires some modifacation (VVF)

about mounting the full flow, i think you can mount it if you have a gadget grip, its just that you can't mount it if you don't have a front grip or if you're using the eclipse front reg mount.
thats my understanding, anyway. But actually, i have a question as well. I've heard that vff's can actually improve the consistacy of the gun. Is this true? cause it seems a little odd.
The VFFs do a LOT of good things. first the difference between the VFF and the Tape worm is that the tape worm still relies on air to come into the solnoid chamber from the valve chamber-- the Tape worm simply restricks how much can be sucked back out.
The VFF isolates the Solnoid from the valve. When the valve opens, it can not steel air form the solnoid.
Generaly, when the VFF is installed, the veloicity goes up slighty- meaning you can reduce your dwell a bit . when the tape worm goes in, you loose a bit of veloicity (so need a bit more dwell)
Because the solnoid has its own decicated air supply, generaly, it can function more consistanly. Of course you get no bolt stick, and the gun appears to cycle faster.
The VFF IS a VERTICAL adapter. you can use it with a vertical reg, or with any assocory that screws into a vert reg (like a gas thru grip) So you can use it with a bottom line reg- but not with Eclipse FRM.
