OT 15 ppd question (no im not complaining)

I was posting in OT and it said i was over my 15 ppd limit. I was shure I didn't use all of em, so i looked at moy posts today and counted a total of 13 posts in OT. What happened to the other 2 posts? Does editing posts count as a post?

I personally think editing shouldn't count as a post, but the amount of times I reach 15 ppd is so rare it doesn't really matter.

It's been gone over and I remember a mod or super (or even Andrew) saying that an edit takes the same amount of bandwith as a post.

Editing takes up a post because people would edit their posts then delete them, thus giving them one more post. That makes that impossible.

or right whenever 10ppd came out you could edit I believe(or no on noticed) and to post again in the same thread people would just edit their threads and add comments, so everything was always out of order)
