I am having trouble deciding which one, I like the Stainless Steel AA, but the big Daddy is pretty sweet too. But the big daddy is 16" and the AA is 14", I am looking at them on www.firstcallpaintball.com and which would you recommend. I have a 16" boomy and I don't like the size. Is one quieter than the other?

i would reccomend the all american 14 because i have owned a big daddy and trust me there is pretty much no performance difference between the 2. I would save the extra cash and get the all american

yeah I was thinking about getting the AA in the first place but wasn't sure. Thanks! Would it be worth getting the teardrop front also because the Stainless Stell AA is a two piece and I could have both. What do you think?

my vote goes to the stainless steel AA, my friend has the regular aluminum AA, its pretty tight too.

How much noisier, even with the 16inch. Big Daddy? Anyways I really don't mind. I am going to get a SS one. The AA. I was looking though what about that 2002 AA? How is that?

I just played with this kid with a Big Daddy and it was really accurate, like how heavy is the SS AA barrel?
I was thinking that I should just get the AA and since its a 2 piece get the teardrop fron, can you do that?

i have a STAINLESS STEEL AA and that is not the same as the 2000 AA, my friend has the 2000 and the difference is that the tip on his unscrews and his is aluminum.

mine has a stainless steel back and doesn't unscrew.

read the reviews on teh STAINLESS STEEL ALL AMERICAN.

theres less than 30 because not many people have it, they all have the aluminum one.

its about 3 times heavier in steel.

but it balances the gun.

also, don't be surprised if the range on your gun drops and your gas usage goes up.

but its accuracy and silence are pretty much unmatched.

meaning you won't find any barrel that is both more quiet and more accurate. (except a freak with an AA front)

the only thing i don't like about the AA is the range.

I have owned 2 of the AA...an older one (which I now have) which has the SS back and aluminum front. If you can find one of these...it only comes in 14". I love this barrel; it is quiet, it looks totally sick, and is as accurate as anything else I have shot. I used to have a 16" aluminum 2 piece AA, and it was nice, but a bit long for me. All that porting makes breaking a ball a real bad thing...you mihgt as well walk off the field and wash it out. Both were definitly worth the money I paid for them, and they were quieter then the Dye barrels (which I also own).

Personally, I think the big daddy and the freak system is uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuugly. But, thats my opinion.
