Grip buttons

I jsut got my gun back from bob long, and he fixed the internals, but now the memebrane buttons dont work. I checked the wires, the mad sure everything was connectd, and it was, but they still dont work. Ne ideas as to why this isnt working? I really dont want to send the gun back to bob after not having it for 3 weeks.

Take the plug out from the grip buttons, and switch it around in the housing. It might be as simple as that. If not, phone him up, he will probably send you a new one. If not, let me know. I think I have an extra one on one of my old panels.

i tried flipping the wires around, it didnt work. Nothing seems to work, i dont know if its in the grip frame or in the grip itself. Any one else have this problem?

if you reverse the plugs the only thing it would do is reverse the buttons. i have to push mine kinda hard when they are new but other than that nothing out of the ordinary. try this. remove the grip and take a piece of wire and jump all three wires together and see if the light comes on after a second. then let off of the plugs and see if it goes into the menu. if it doesn then it's the buttons. if not then there is another problem. try tracing the wires to the board and doing the samer thing there. if both tests fail then it's the board. just remember to check all fo your connections.
