Where can i get some Dow 33/55?

Be sure what you need. Dow 55 will swell orings. i know i got mine at either www.bradyspaintball.com or www.paintballgateway.com look around there

I just want it for the my CP since that is what was in the CP when I first got it.

BTW I'd like to know if anyone got it offline.
