I sent my Dragun TES back to the headquarters, to have them put a new board in. Its been about 7 months. I called them up and it said that the number was disconnected. I've tried everything to get a hold of them, even contacting Odyssey. So if you have any information about Dragun or Odyssey so that I can get my gun back please let me know.

This came up a while back....you might poke through some of the older threads and see if any of the guys who had sent there guns in got them back.

Wow... That is a good case of horrible Dragun service. I have never heard that before. I called them a while ago and they had a disconnected number, and I posted here and got a new number. I dont have the number anymore, but there is a working one out there... sorry

Sorry to hear that man, they are known for their horrible customer service. If you search there are a few numbers you can call, I'd say try contacting ogi here (http://www.odyssey.tv/contact/index.html), maybe they can tell you what to do. It doesnt take 7 months to replace a board.

they are out of business so most likely you won't reach them, to be honest after 7 months your gun is most likely lost

I agree with TESballer. Dragun is long gone and Odyssey bears no responsibility for them. I hate to say it, but you are SOL. Sorry man, but that just really sux.
