Freak Set Help

My freak set is about 2 weeks old and the inserts go in to my SS back pretty easily but i have a real hard time getting them out. I usually have to stick my finger into the insert and almost get it stuck in the insert before i can pull it out. Has anyone else had this problem?(if it is not normal)

mine is the same way, but there's nothing wrong with it. there's supposed to be some tension so that the insert stays in. also, there's not many ways to take the insert out.

if it was loose enough to where it just fell out, think of the possibility of it getting stepped on or dented.
