Has anyone else had problems with this site? I ordered a Core Sharc with 2 day shipping December 30 and it still hasn't come. :pissed:

That has to be the funniest thing you've said in the general forumn. Which means a lot, because you say a lot of funny things.:P ;)

They took something like 3 or 4 months to deliver my order. In 2 words "they suck". I couldn't get through to a customer service rep, nobody knew where my order was, and nobody told me what was going on

I had the exact opposite experience that eltwitcho had. My order came in a week or two. Had minor problem with the trigger assembly so I emailed them. Guy replied and told me to call him. I called and explained what was up and he sent me a whole new trigger assembly PDQ. Just give them a call and ask what's up, could be out of stock or your order didn't process for some reason, just be nice, that helps a lot.

the guys in the showroom are pretty nice, i spent about an hour there on saturday. i bought a sweet JT shirt with that new liquid design on it. its ******.
but there was this one moron dad who got a defective spyder flash and wanted to return it to pb-online but the guy at pb-online didnt know it was defective cuz he didnt have any air to try it out. anyways they argued for a good 20 minutes and finally just left. it was funny. if you want me to explain this further i will, but its kind of a long story and im lazy.
UTLadiesMan: Thanks

Hey dude, sometimes they have problems with the shipping. Cause i checked one day on ebay, and they had literally 150 on sale that one day. So they probably ran outta stock and stuff, a lot of people have said they haven't got their stuff for 2 months. Have your order number and call and ask them about the status of your item. So they might just be outta stock right now or they'll maybe give you a refund. My friend had the same prob with paintball-online.com so I know what happens.

The part I like about paintball-online is that they sell their stuff on ebay sometimes. I got my PT Professionals from them for less than I've found anywhere, and they got here in a timely fashion. I ordered my Proteus from them thursday for cheap, again, and they shipped it off today, so it's on its way. I'm fine with them.

I ordered a case of paint and a drop forward from them. Their website said that everything was in stock. I wanted to get the stuff before the weekend. So, I ordered it 2-4 day air, which costs $16.something. I checked and it was shipped by UPS ground yesterday. So, my 2-4 day shipping time has been stretched into 14 days!!!!!
I called and tried to get my shipping charge refunded. They weren't willing to do that. So, I sent a letter of dispute to the bank that issued my Visa checkcard. Hopefully they will take care of it for me. I will never deal with paintball-online again!!!!!!
Oh yeah..... Their customer service line is a FULL voicemail box. You can't even leave a stinkin message. That's probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They flat out charged me for something that they didn't provide and didn't WANT to give me a refund. That's bad business. If you deal with them, you may be rolling the "screw me over" dice.

i ordered from them and they claimed that my order shipped on febuary the fifteenth....finally i just called in and cancelled because it took so long. i ordered a barrel which got here promptly, but it was ceramic and there were no packing peanuts or anything to protect it. ceramic barrel in a cardboard box shipped across the US....you can imagine that there are some little chips on the threads....works great though anyway since it's a good barrel....only paint i've chopped is brass eagle and practice paint....i've shot other stuff pretty well even though breaks of practice paint. still, i'm avoiding them now unless i have to, but to be fair the guy i talked with about my order was pretty helpfull.....getting my order would have been helpful too, though

I ordered my marker case from them (over the phone) and I ordered some other stuff from copaintball.com(which also sucks, but least they shipped the stuff to me) the same 10 min.I placed both orders via phone.I got ground UPS shipping, but instead they were shipping it via USPS.It got to Las Vegas for departure scanning and they shipped it back to paintball-online!.They did that five or six times and four weeks later I got my case. The schedule due date was 5 days!I paid for UPS shipping n' handling but instead I got a bill for $5 more to ship it USPS(after it got back to paintball-online for the fith times they finally sent it UPS),plus I didn't even know I ordered a case.Took five weeks to get the freakin thing that only shoulda took one full week.I guess countypaintbal.com is the only good place to order from.

"I guess countypaintbal.com is the only good place to order from."
Yeah, they're really good. My order took a few days to ship but that's because I asked them to install the anti-siphon kit I ordered in the c02 tank i ordered and they did it for free (the kit was only four dollars too, I bet some places would charge more than that for labor alone, I hear the things can be a pain to install). My friend has had great luck with them too and their prices are pretty good....they also have everything you need like loctite (which i get at home depot for less) and 90* elbows and hoses and stuff. I've also ordered from paintballgear.com and my order went through quickly and without a hitch...great prices too! I got my black proteus mask for 40 dollars and I love it; it's only fogged up once and it wasn't even that bad.
