JR3 Barrel

Okay, so this is a two piece barrel that im looking at along with Ultralite and the Driver. I see that when you purchase it, it says the length is either 12 14 or 16, i want to get a fourteen inch, but it says something about tips, whcih i assume is the part that screws into the part taht screws into the barrel. Am i purchasing the part that screws into the barrel and a fourteen inch tip, or a fourteen inch barrel in all? Thanks, i dont know if that made sense but....lol
