Should I get a Xpansion Chamber or a Forearm?

Im thinking of getting a xpansion chamber cuse someone said you really don't need one for a custom 98. If I don't get a xpansion chamber ill probably get a lapco forearm instead while I get enough money to buy like a regulator or something..... Well any suggestions?

Why not get them both in teh Pro Team intruder Assasult foregrip/expansion chamber. It also will bring up your tank farther than most drop forwards.
