impy detents for a halo

im finally saying goodbye to veiwlader forever and buying a halo. my detents are like 3 years old and completely shot. i need new ones. ive heard useing a long one is better cause it holds the ball better. i have WAS. will i be OK with new designz short detents, (im 99% shure i will be, but im just making shure. so basically the question is, 2 ND short, or Nd ones with 1 short and 1 long? im in a hurry!!! thanks.

has anybody bought ND detents from www.paintballgear.com cause tehy have a pic of 2 of tehm but the caption says ND detent (as in singular). the price is 24, and thy are generally 12 a paice so teh rpice is right for 2. but if tehy mean for 1 im not spending 50 bucks for detents. i need help quickly with these two questions. planning to order ASAP.

wow thx guys for your quick replies. i just had to wing it. i doubt tehy would be stupid enough to only sell you one, i mean, doesnt ND pacage them in pairs?

You only waited about 20 minutes between 2 replies.
QUESTION 1!: The difference between the short and long is the length of the metal. If you get the long ones without a "normal" vision eye cover, it will rip your bolt apart because the metal part will be to far into the body.
QUESTION 2!: You can call Action Village with any questions you have regarding their items. That old fashion phone call works pretty well.
Also, just remember that just because you write "HELP QUICKLY!!" or "ASAP" doesn't mean you'll get instant replies. Patience is still a strong virtue.

I ordered my detents from pbgear.com and I got them in four days no problem (both of them, non-vision... and yes, $24 is the price for both detents). You should be fine ordering from them as long as they were in stock.

good, and with WAS you use the shims to make shure you dont damage the bolt with a long detent. well yeah i know but i was planning on ordering tehm ASAP, like in the next few minutes. but whatever, i made the right decision.
