shoot him in the mask, you'll get the best reaction, with him shocked, blind and possibly dissorienteddo wha ever you want, personally i'd leave him and advance to another bunker, no point inflicting pain or anything. maybe shake him up a bit, doesn't hurt to get hit in the goggles, but you get the best response

My favorite shot is straight into the heart. There's no denying the "kill", it doesn't impair their vision and it usually pisses them off. Plus they know they're mine!

shot em in the goggles, i have done it before and it scares the living crap out of them. The only disadvantage is they have to clean their goggles out for like 10-20 mins and you've got to wait for em. I also like to make people surrender.

the best spot is the goggle if you dont mind waiting or if youre at the beginning of a game,-hell have lenty of time. If its late in the game-dont try to hurt him that just pisses people off. you want to hit him twice anymore is overkill and if you miss from there your suck! where...prob in the arm-i find doesnt hurt that much and you can hit the gun or torso if you miss, just aim a little inside

I am an old school 'baller, (my first marker was a Splatmaster, circa 1985). At the risk of sounding like an old f**t, I launch into the following tirade. For the benefit of some of our younger bretheren, I state:

"Act as if every item of safety gear will fail." Good advice. Gogging someone may seem cool at the time, but consider the consequences. If the goggles fail, you could BLIND someone. This is a permanent thing, you don't just wipe it off. If you have absolutely no other shot but the head, take it. However, marking someone in the mask just cuz it's 'kewl' is the sign of a dangerous and immature player.

The first rule of paintball is to be safe. The second rule is to have fun. I hope that maybe this little epiphony may make someone think twice about gogging someone without cause...

Last week when I went pballing there were a few kids there and I heard them saying I am gonna aim for there nuts.
That got me mad.
But when I saw them play on the fireld they sucked and they diddent have stock barrels.
Later on in the day I got shot in the back so I said I am hit and put my hands in the air liek u spose 2 but they kept shooting I got shot 10 times from them.
I was so mad I was cussing off the field so when I get mad it makes me better and more determed.
When I play fooball I have my ferinds make me real mad and it works when I play. I hit harder and more.

My feild supplies the water bottles and paper towel but I bring any way.

If I am in a walk-on game, I would goggle the person for three reasons. First, The person can't wipe it off that easy (cheater).Second, there is no reason the person should shoot me after I shot them. They can't say that they didn't know the ball broke (cheater). Third, If the person doesn't clean the mask that well, he will have a disadvantage in the next game.

oh well I thought it ment like 8 or 9 ft away. Then from far away i would just shoot as him, my barrel sucks right now, so I would shoot 3 or four at his body, and probably two would hit him. When I get my J&J two piece, then maybe the head, but in the moulth. :)

You forgot that one of the options was asking him to surrender. If you are close enough to ask him to surrender, a goggle shot might not be appropriate. Especially when playing against people like Simon woodstock and his other little girlfriend. They might get hurt.

Well here's my take on this topic. Depending on the distance involved I have several answers.

If he is pretty close to me, I would probably consider asking him to surrender. I don't think my buddies would argue with me on this one, I think if I had them "dead-bang" at that close of a distance they would probably thank me later. If the distance was further away, I would go for the chest or harness. The chest and harness have less of a margin of error.

I wouldn't even consider shooting someone in "the boys", that's pretty rude. The only time I would ever go for the mask is if that's all that I could see.

Of those choices I would take a shot to the mask, requesting a surrender (not that I would request a surrender, I would just say you're out, move and I'll nail you). It's funny to see a shot to the mask, they are the best. A shot to the goggles themselves, they can't see anything but your paint. That's always fun to see their head snap back with any head shot. I've been shot in the back of the head, and that's not fun to receive, so it must be fun to put out. Another good shot I took was shooting a guy in the mouth, because I too have been shot in the mouth, and talk about your nasty tastes. The shot I absolutely hate is getting shot in the back, just because I'm soft there and end up with the most welts, but based on what I've recieved and put out, I'd still go with the head.
