i keep hearing of a way not to shoot an autococker... somin about pulling or short shot i dont remember so jmy question is... What is it and why is it bad

short stroking, just pull the trigger ALL the way.

ITs insane hard to pick up a mech cocker and rip on it. If you don't pull the trigger back all the way it will short stroke and will just open and close the bolt. It isn't the same with ebladed cockers though.

No. E-cockers are different. The 3 way is replaced with a solenoid. The trigger is switched to an on/off operation. You only need to activate the switch, the electronics do the rest. Unless you mess up the settings you should never short stroke an e-cocker.
