Hi, i was reading Ebonclaw's thread and it said dont put oil in the asa if you have a regulator soo....... besides just oiling the bolt/valve is there anywhere else that needs to be oiled? maybe puttin some in the ram air?

uhhh, you should oil your regs. but dont do it if you have a gauge on the reg, or else oil will mess up the gauge.

so oiling the regs is fine, if you have a gauge no.

Would it be ok if you take out the gauge, oil through the asa, and then put back the gauge?

Yes, but to oil it properly, you need to put oil in the ASA, attach gas and cycle the marker about 20 times. So be sure you have something to plug the hole where the guage was when you hook your air up
