how far and often do you drive to go paintballing?

Ok here's the deal, where I live there's 2 close-by fields, like within 20-30 mins. 1 is closing down. the other place is more of a woodsball field, and does not do much to cater to speedball players. I have had some conversations with the owner to the field and it seems that he believes you would just be wasting your money if you bought anything more expensive than an A-5 . now, I do like woodsball but I equally like speedball and think a field should be more 50/50. The next fields are anywhere from 1 1/2 2 1/2 hours away. by driving that far away, I don't feel like paintballing as much as I would really like to. I was hoping to go like every 2-3 weeks but since I must drive so far, I'll probably go 1 every 1-2 months.Anybody in a similar situation?

the far one is 50 miles both ways and in a different state........usually once a week

40 feet away. I got a field at my house! And I got about, every day. Not to paintball all the time though.
But if I go to a real field, the nearest one is about 15 miles away, but I never go to it because it is field paint only, and costs $110 per case of crap.

2 feilds ~ hour 15 min away - Coloseum, Top Dog
1 feild ~ 20 min away - Meremac

Me? Around 20 minutes away. There is a new field coming up. I hope their prices are good. I can't wait until I can drive! No more moms complaining that its too far away.

i try to go once every one or two weeks. It's about a 20 minute drive. Also, I live about two hours away from Skirmish USA so every now and then i will go there but its very expensive.

I driven 7 hours to play at erm last year.i have 7 fields withing 40 min drive of me both woods and indoor.keep an eye out for those new reb ball centers that will be opening up in malls soon.

10-15 minute drive to the field. I try to go weekly but most of the time its every 2 weeks. :(

I don't know the mileage, but my home field is 30 minutes away from my house. I try to make it every weekend, with the exception of the winter, when there is snow on the ground.

Regular weekend play: Once a week 15 minutes to 1 1/2 hours.

Scenario play (once or twice a year): All over the US.

I get up every day and practice in some way, I don't know if that would be considered paintballing though.

About 45-60 minutes for me. I'm going in a few hours. Then on Saturday I'm going to a tourney that is about an hour away at a different field. I haven't been for a while. If the team i play with today likes me I will play every week at practice.

i usually play outlaw in the woods 5 minute walk from my house, other then that its a 30 minute drive to any field.

I drive about 20-30 mins to my field as often as I can. I usually go 3-4 times during the school year and 4-5 times over summer if I can get away from my other activities for a day or so.
